It’s summer time and what a refreshing way to make a cantaloupe based smoothie when it’s in season ! Here is one that you will love in a delicious & healthy way with no dairies !
▪︎ 1 cup of chunks of cantaloupe
▪︎ 1/2 frozen banana or about 1/2 cup frozen banana chunks
▪︎ 3 pcs of dates
▪︎ 1 tbsp total of combined sunflower seeds & punpkin seeds
▪︎ 1/2 handful almonds
▪︎ 1/2 tbsp golden flax seeds
▪︎ 1 to 1 1/2 cups plant based milk
▪︎ Blend all ingredients together til smooth. You may add small chunks of cantaloupe & chia seeds on top. This should be good for 2 people.
