? Ingredients:
▪︎ 1/2 cup chilled fresh pineapple chunks (make it 1 cup if you have no pineapple juice)
▪︎ 1 1/2 cup pineapple juice (or 1 cup cold water if you don’t have pineapple juice)
▪︎ 1/4 cup coconut cream or 1/3 cup full fat coconut milk
▪︎ maple syrup or coconut sugar to taste, only if not sweet enough, but not needed
