Berries are one of those superfoods that are powerful antioxidants, antiinflammatory & detoxifier. What is attractive & beautiful to our eyes can make us beautiful & healthy too ! Like this colorful berry smoothie bowl ! Eat your colorful rainbows! The recipe below is good for 2-3 people. Feel free to modify with your favorite fruits & ingredients in season !
🌱 Ingredients & Instructions:
🍓 For the smoothie base, adjust & gauge the amount depending on how much you need, blend the ingredients below til smooth.
▪︎ 1/2 to 1 cup frozen blueberries
▪︎ 1/2 to 1 cup frozen raspberries
▪︎ 2 tbsp goji berries
▪︎ 9 pcs dates
▪︎ handful of each pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds
▪︎ 2 handfuls of frozen chopped bananas
▪︎ 1/2 tsp pure vanilla (without alcohol)
▪︎ 1-2 cups nut milk or soymilk
🍓 Transfer to small bowls, then put your favorite toppings. Mine was fresh blueberries, raspberries, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, granola, chopped almonds and sliced fresh bananas. Enjoy & keep eating heathy !
